Incident Description:
On January 30, 2023, the Corry Journal reported a fire at a sawmill in Corry, Pennsylvania.
Neighbours saw the fire first and contacted the owners, who reside nearby. The owners called in the fire from there. Firefighters were dispatched at about 7:00 p.m. and remained on site until between 1:00 and 1:30 a.m.
There was a suspected minor injury to a mill worker who was helping, but the individual refused medical transport.
The cause of the fire is under investigation by the police and the fire marshal.
