Incident Description:
On November 15, 2021, Skook News reported a silo fire at a farm in Barry Township, Pennsylvania.
At around 9:15 p.m., emergency personnel responded to a barn fire report. When fire crews arrived on scene, the incident was reported as a silo fire with smoke coming from the structure.
Firefighters used thermal imaging technology to determine the product inside the silo had to be removed. Neighbors provided tri-axles to assist with the removal. Firefighters monitored the feed as it was removed to ensure there was no further fire and cleared the scene after about two hours.
No injuries were reported.
