Incident Description:
On November 14, 2021, Canoinhas Online reported a grain silo fire at an agribusiness in Santa Terezinha, Brazil.
The Papanduva Fire Department was called at around 12:30 p.m. According to the Fire Department, the fire started around at 10:00 a.m. due to embers in the wheat grains. Employees started to fight it, but were unsuccessful and called the fire department.
Approximately 3,000 litres of water were used to get the site safely under control. No injuries were reported.
