On March 31, 2023, JMais reported a fire at an agricultural facility in Major Vieira, Brazil.
The fire erupted in a grain dryer at around 3:00 p.m. Upon arrival, firefighters discovered the flames had spread throughout the dryer and waste area of the building. Following a comprehensive assessment of the scene, the firefighting team removed burning grain, cooled down the area, and conducted post-fire cleanup.
Once the standard firefighting procedures and information collection for the expert report were complete, the teams turned over the site to the building owner.
No injuries were reported.
