Incident Description:
On February 19, 2020, the Bangor Daily News reported a fire at a pulp and paper factory in Old Town, Maine.
The fire ignited in a chip bin at around 8:15 a.m. and was contained within an hour by the Old Town and Orono Fire Departments. The bin contained wood chips and raw materials intended for use in pulp processing.
The fire caused minor damage, but no injuries were reported. The cause of the fire is under investigation.
