On June 13, 2023, Etruria News reported a fire at a power generation facility located in Civitavecchia, Italy.
Fire brigade teams from the Bonifazi barracks responded immediately to the fire. The teams on site included the 17A fire engine, AB17 tank truck, AS17 ladder truck, and nautical specialists equipped with the VFR12 motorboat. To ensure safety, a tugboat was employed to tow the collier away from the dock, allowing the land crews from the fire brigade to effectively extinguish the fire.
After more than two hours of intensive work, the flames were successfully subdued, preventing their spread to neighbouring areas and minimizing the extent of the damage. T
