Incident Description:
On April 25, 2023, La Provincia reported a fire at a furniture designer and manufacturer in Cantù, Italy.
The fire broke out at around 3:30 a.m. in a silo and quickly spread, causing a plastic roof and two vans to catch fire. It was extinguished by three teams from the Cantù detachment, who remained on the scene until 9:00 a.m. to secure the wood waste silos that could have further fueled the flames.
There were no reported injuries, and investigations are ongoing to determine the cause of the fire.
