On March 27, 2023, La Presse de Vesoul reported a dryer fire at a particleboard manufacturer in Lure, France.
The fire broke out in a dry materials silo at the company at around noon. Since it had the potential to spread and cause an explosion, firefighters from Lure, Luxeuil, and Vesoul quickly arrived at the scene and got it under control.
No injuries were reported.
