On March 13, 2023, the Government of the State of Ceará website reported a fire at an animal feed producer in Horizonte, Brazil.
Military firefighters located the fire in an animal feed shed and found that the flames had reached two bales of feed, each weighing approximately 1,200 kg. They established a line of attack with three hoses and an adjustable nozzle with a flow of 1 and 1/2 inches and used over 1000 litres of water.
No injuries were reported.
