Incident Description:
On August 26, 2022, Le Noticias reported a fire at a lumber mill in Ponte Serrada, Brazil.
The Ponte Serrada Fire Department was called to the scene at around 1:40 a.m. They found the fire in an industrial wood shredder and extinguished the flames using 2000 litres of water. A company employee helped the crew to remove the industrial machine with the help of a forklift, as it posed a danger of falling.
No injuries were reported.
