Incident Description:
On November 2, 2021, KLIN reported a fire at a metal components manufacturer in Lincoln, Nebraska.
Lincoln Fire and Rescue were called to the scene at around 12:40 p.m. They later stated that workers were welding and a spark ignited a fire in the dust collector filter.
The fire was contained by employees using a dry chemical, and firefighters were able to put it out in just a few minutes.
No injuries were reported.
