On February 9, 2021, NBN News reported a silo fire at a building supplies manufacturer in Murwillumbah, Australia.
Staff had to be evacuated after the fire ignited. Several emergency crews responded and set up an exclusion zone. Fire and Rescue personnel remained on site for hours to monitor the smouldering fire.
No injuries were reported. The cause is yet to be determined.
