Incident Description:
On December 7, 2020, Feed and Grain reported a fire at a grain and harvesting equipment supplier located in Garner, Iowa.
Building staff moved vehicles away from the site in order to make room for the firefighters, who quickly put the fire out.
The owner said that he believed the incident was an electrical fire. He said that a couple of times during the summer, lights went out in half of the building. Two months ago, an electrician came in.
“But from what happened today, I don’t think we had everything quite fixed,” he said.
No one was injured, but the building was a total loss.
