Incident Description:
On July 17, 2021, the Aiken Standard reported a fire at a tire manufacturer in Graniteville, South Carolina.
Multiple fire departments and the Aiken County Sheriff’s Office responded to the scene around 4:30 p.m. They found a small fire in the ductwork coming from a machine and successfully contained it.
No injuries were reported.
