Incident Description:
On December 11, 2018, the Post-Journal reported a dust collector fire at a recycling plant in Falconer, New York.
The chief of the Falconer Fire Department later said that he was at home when he heard an explosion around 11:30 a.m. and saw flames coming from one of the dust collectors at the plant.
Volunteer firefighters from four communities responded to the incident and remained on scene for about an hour and a half. No one was injured and there is no information about property damage.
