On August 22, 2022, ABC17 reported a dust collector fire at a business in Jefferson City, Missouri.
A dust collector in a building caught fire just before 3:00 p.m. Firefighters arrived on scene to find smoke coming from the collector.
According to the Jefferson City Fire Department, the fire was an accident.
Cole County EMS and police also responded to the scene. The scene was cleared around 5:00 p.m., according to officials.
