Incident Description:
On March 14, 2023, WSILTV reported a grain bin fire at an agribusiness in Waltonville, Illinois.
Fire crews responded at around 10:00 a.m. and found a working fire inside one of the grain bins. They worked with the grain company to get the grain out of the bin so they could extinguish the fire.
Hours after leaving the scene, at 8:30 p.m., the fire reignited in the bin. The Bentonville Fire Department responded and put it out.
No injuries were reported.
