On September 23, 2019, Augsburger-Allgemeine reported a September 22 dust explosion at a woodworking facility in Unterbernbach, Germany.
At around 8:25 p.m., a 41-year-old worker was alone at a wood-pressing machine when an explosion occurred, resulting in a hand injury. He was taken to hospital by ambulance.
The cause of the explosion is under investigation. The police said that no foul play is suspected.
