Incident Description:
On February 1, 2019, KLTV reported a dust collector fire at a truck manufacturing business in Longview, Texas.
The Longview Fire Department responded to the fire, which was in one of the building’s dust collectors. When the fans were shut off, the building filled with smoke, so employees were evacuated. After firefighters extinguished the flames, the employees were able to return.
No injuries were reported. The value of any property damage is unknown.
