Incident Description:
On April 6, 2021, the Patriot-Ledger reported a fire at a musical instrument manufacturer in Norwell, Massachusetts.
The Norwell Fire Department was alerted shortly before 9:00 p.m. When the fire started near the industrial processors of the plant, it triggered the sprinkler system.
The Fire Chief said that the fire may have started because of a build-up in waste materials in the collector and heat used in the manufacturing process.
According to Powder & Bulk Solids, all employees were safely evacuated. No injuries were reported.
