Incident Description:
On March 20, 2019, Powder & Bulk Solids reported an explosion and fire at a grain processing facility in Clayton, Iowa.
Firefighters arrived soon after receiving a 911 call at around 1:00 p.m. The Clayton County Sheriff confirmed that both the explosion and fire were contained to an exterior building on the property.
No injuries were reported. The cause of the incident remains under investigation.
