Incident Description:
On January 8, 2019, Feed & Grain reported an explosion at a grain processing plant in Decatur, Illinois.
The explosion occurred at around 8:00 p.m. in the conveyor belt system. No one was injured and the cause remains under investigation. On January 8, WQAD reported that OSHA was investigating this incident and another one at a company-owned facility in Clinton, Iowa.
