On December 16, 2022, Feed and Grain reported a fire at an agricultural cooperative in Dillsboro, Indiana.
Over a dozen fire departments responded to the scene after receiving the call at 4:35 p.m., and battled the flames for almost six hours. While firefighters worked to put out the flames, westbound lanes on US-50 were closed for public safety.
WLVT posted photos and a video of the fire and its aftermath.
No injuries were reported but the building suffered significant damage. The cause of the fire is still under investigation.
