Incident Description:
On February 8, 2022, the York Dispatch reported a fire at a motorcycle manufacturing plant in Springettsbury Township, Pennsylvania.
According to the York Area United Fire and Rescue Fire Chief, the fire started in the company’s dust collection system at around 5:00 a.m. He said that it was not unusual for these systems to get a hot ember or spark from the normal processing inside.
There were no injuries and the fire was confined to the unit.
